Suzanne Cohan-Lange

Suzanne is a sculptor, curator and arts educator with 30 plus years experience designing educational programs, museums and art installations. Her work as a teaching artist at Urban Gateways in the early 1970’s eventually led to the founding of the Department of Interdisciplinary Arts at Columbia College Chicago. Suzanne also co-founded and designed Chicago’s first children’s museum, Express Ways Children’s Museum, in 1982 (now the Chicago Children’s Museum). She is a member of the Urban Gateways Board of Directors and currently serves on the Program and Resource & Development Committees.
